Tristan Jonathon “T.J.” Hensley beloved son, brother, cousin & friend, age 20 of Whitwell, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017.  He was preceded in death by grandparents, Bobby Hensley Sr., John & Sue Presnell Stephenson; uncle, Johnny Ray Stephenson.  Tristan was employed by Buzzi Unicem Signal Mtn. Plant and a member of Local #L00-1 Steelworkers. He loved his Lily, racing motorcycles since the age of 4, his trucks, jeeps, four wheelers and anything fast, loud and dirty, just like his Uncle Johnny.  He left this world way to soon and will be horribly missed.

Those left to cherish his memories are his parents, Bobby & Janella Hensley; brother, Koy Hensley of Whitwell; grandmother, Erma Hensley of Jasper; special cousins, Nick Rankin, Aly Prestel; special nephew, Zander Blaze Rankin; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.

Family will receive friends 11AM-1PM Central Time Friday, July 14, 2017 with funeral service to follow at 1PM Central Time, Friday with Rev. Jerry Basham officiating.  Interment at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Nick Rankin, Gavin Kilgore, Slayton Pettit, Mason Shelton, Dalton Dunn, Chad  Rollins, Colby Skiles & Derek Tucker.

I hate to hear of the passing of this young man. I had the pleasure of meeting him in school. He definitely had a personality about him that made a lasting impression on anyone he met R.I.P Tristan. you surely are missed by many and remembered by all who you crossed paths with.
