HUGH EASTERLY Obituary

Hugh Leon Easterly age 87 of Whitwell, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh & Edith Easterly; son, Gary Easterly; brothers, BR Easterly, Donald Easterly; sisters, Dorothy Thomas, Martha Dempsey. Mr. Easterly retired from Cavalier Corporation and attended Landmark Pentecostal Church. He was a member of the Lodge #563.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 18 years, Frances Ruth Easterly; two children, David (Kim) Easterly, Brenda (Clyde) Bryant; sisters, JoAnn Layne, Betty Dorsett; brothers, Bobo Easterly, Richard Easterly; grandchildren and great grandchildren; step-daughters, Carol Merritt, Frida Kay (Tom) Trappard; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Family will receive friends 1-8PM, Tuesday, April 30, 2019;
10AM-8PM, Wednesday, May 1, 2019.

Funeral services will be at 11AM, Thursday, May 2, 2019 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. James Dunn and Rev. Matt Henderson officiating. Interment at Whitwell Memorial Cemetery.
