Larry Thompson Obituary

Larry E. Thompson age 66 of Whitwell passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2019.He served in The United States Navy, retired from Metal Tek in Chattanooga and was preceded in death by his father, William Thompson; mother, Marilyn Murphy Johnson; brother, Ricky Shirley.

Those left to treasure his memories are his daughter, Melissa (Bobby) Turner and Becky Smith both of Dunlap; sister, Joann Shirley Hurst of Bridgeport; brothers, Randy Shirley and Johnny (Bertha) Thompson of Jasper; grandchildren, D.J. Smith, Bradley Smith, Mason Gaston, Julee Smith, Braden Gaston, Breanna Turner and Brayden Turner.

Family will receive friends 4PM-8PM, Thursday, October 3, 2019.

Funeral Service 2PM, Friday, October 4, 2019 in the funeral home chapel with Chaplin Ray Wilson officiating. Interment to follow at Red Hill Cemetery in Whitwell.
