Garland “Hickernut” Holloway age 84 of Whitwell passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018 surrounded by his loving family, his wife of 64 years, Juanita French Holloway, his sons and daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving grandson, TJ Holloway, his mother, Rose Holloway Privett,  his father Anderson Holloway; sisters, Elaine Thompson, Freda Brown; brother, Luther Privett; step-dad Jim Privett.

Survived by his wife Juanita Holloway; four children, Bobby (Darlene) Holloway, Don (Lori) Holloway, Tim (Deb) Holloway all of Whitwell; Sandra Holloway Guy of Dunlap; five grandchildren, Tonya Holloway, Kim (Roger) Beason, April (Jr) Sullivan Kilgore, Cortney Holloway, Amber (Josh) Holloway Lowe; great grandchildren, Alexis Beason, Tyler Trussell, Blake Sullivan, Hailey Trussell, Madison Poe, Skyller Beason, John Taylor Kilgore, expecting great-great grandchild; two nephews, Wayne Castle, William (Brenda) Thompson, Freda Thomas, Juanita (Chris) Wingfield; cousins in Florida and Michigan; special cousin, Linda Dolf.

Family will receive friends 1-8PM, Monday, February 19, 2018.
                                               1-8PM, Tuesday, February 20, 2018.

Funeral services will be 2PM, Wednesday, February 21, 2018 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Troyer and Rev. Jerry Merciers officiating.  Interment at Red Hill Cemetery.
