ANNIE ROSE (SLATTON) GRIFFITH

Annie Rose “Tootsie” Griffith age 83 of Whitwell passed away Thursday, June 17, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther & Mae Ellen Slatton; brothers, James Slatton & Johnny Slatton; sisters, Hester Floyd, Joyce Crisp, Mae Ruth Floyd, Clara Slatton, Josephine Moore.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Oakland Griffith; son, Jerry Griffith; grandson, Wayne Turner; sister, Hazel Dick; brothers, Carl Gene and Billy Ed Slatton; several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends,  10AM-130PM Saturday, June 19, 2021 with graveside service to follow at 2PM, Griffith Creek Cemetery with Rev. William Dick and Rev. Bill Smith officiating.
