ANTHONY HIGDON Obituary

Anthony Wayne “Tony” Higdon age 63 of Whitwell, passed away Friday, February 26, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Hoyt Higdon, grandparents, Ott & Maggie Higdon, Mary Boyd; father & mother-in-law, Frank & Lucy McCoy; brother-in-law, Bud McCoy.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 43 years, Lee Ann McCoy Higdon; mother, Betty Boyd Higdon; sister, Beth (Dan) Kelly; nieces and a host of friends.

Graveside services will be 11am, Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, TN. Please abide by all COVID distancing and masks.

Family would like to say Thank You to all family, friends and classmates that have been a blessing to them. Special thanks to Amedysis Home Health & Hospice for all their care and kindness during Tony’s illness.
