Anthony Lee Goforth

Anthony Lee Goforth, age 34, passed away on October 5, 2025. He was born on September 23, 1991, and will be remembered for the love he shared with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Andrew and Sally Goforth, Hartvick and Louise Johnson; and his sister, Andrea Ella Goforth.

Anthony is survived by his children, Gavin Rhys Goforth and Lucas Scott Goforth; parents, Anthony & Wanda Goforth; siblings, Jennifer (David) Mayfield of South Pittsburg, Joseph H. Goforth, and Katy A. Goforth, both of Dunlap; mother of his children, Shea Ables of Whitwell; nieces and nephews, JayRiley (Kaylee) Mayfield, Ella Kate Goforth, Andrew Goforth and Madelynn Goforth; very special friend, Brooke Worley.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
