CLARENCE ANTHONY MCGOWAN

Clarence Anthony McGowan age 71, of Whitwell passed away Friday, October 14, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence & Sarah Mae McGowan; three brothers, Tom, Jerry & Bob McGowan; niece, Gayle McGowan; grandparents, Ed & Wilsey Kilgore McGowan, Charles Nelson, Raymond & Daisy Stein.

Those left to cherish his memories are siblings, Wayne (Imogene) McGowan, Jr. (Kathy Shadrick) McGowan, Annette (Marvin) White, Butch McGowan, Rick (Carlene) McGowan, Sheila (Chad Massengale) Marrero, Allen “PeeWee” Meeks McGowan; special great niece, Bentley Clemons; several nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews; great-great nieces & nephews; aunt, Ruby Ward; sisters-in-law, Janie McGowan, Anna McGowan.

Family will receive friends 4-8PM, Sunday, October 16, 2022.
                                           12-8PM, Monday, October 17, 2022.

Funeral services will be 3PM, Tuesday, October 18, 2022 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. George Bryant & Rev. Eddie Ward officiating.  Interment at Red Hill Cemetery.
