Edmond "Ed" Merciers

Edmond Merciers age 77 of Whitwell passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023. He was a member of Popular Grove Church of God and retired from MEI Systems of Chattanooga. Ed was preceded in death by his father, Rev. Jim Merciers; mother, Florence Merciers; grandson, Christopher Coppinger; sister, Mary Merciers; brother, Wade Merciers.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Glenna L. Merciers of Whitwell; daughters, Teresa (Terry) Lawson of Whitwell, Pamela (David) McElroy of Soddy Daisy; brother, Jerry (Anna Lou) Merciers of Whitwell; grandchildren, Brittany Coppinger, Taylor (Brandi) Lawson, Trevor (Brittany) Lawson, Georgia (Jason) Hensley, Dalton (JoAnne) McElroy, Houston McElroy & Mac Lawson; great grandchildren, Cayden Green, Paisley Coppinger, Sawyer Lawson, Sadie Lawson, Xander Hensley, Mallie Lawson, Saylor Lawson, Andrew Lawson.

Family will receive friends 4PM-8PM, CDT, Friday, June 2, 2023.
