HOMER DOUGLAS MAGOUIRK

Homer Douglas Magouirk, age 76 of Whitwell, passed away, Monday, October 9, 2023. Mr. Magouirk was retired from TVA where he served as Maintenance Forman.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Francis B. and Lena Dykes Magouirk; brothers, Thurman and Keith Magouirk; sister, Patsy Hudson.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 45 years, Shirley Bishop Magouirk; children, Maranda (Patrick) Nelson, Reissen (Amanda) Magouirk, Joey Magouirk and Roy (April) Simpson; grandchildren,  Savannah Magouirk, Benton Magouirk, Eliza (Andrew) Kilgore, Levi Simpson, Grace (Adam) Ambrosetti, and Casey Magouirk; bonus grandson, Kendell Kirk; sister, Iva Casseday; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends 12-2PM, Saturday, October 14, 2023.

A memorial service will be 2PM, Saturday, October 14, 2023 in the funeral home chapel with Reverends Ronnie Case and Patrick Nelson officiating.
