JAMES MONROE GRIFFITH, III

James Monroe Griffith, III,  age 41 of Whitwell passed away, Sunday, February 6, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his father, James Monroe Griffith , Jr; brother, Corey Dennis Griffith; grandparents, James Monroe Griffith & Lily Griffith; Hester Long & Manuel Long.  JJ enjoyed eating, looking at magazines watching TBS and breaking coat hangers.  He graduated from Marion County Schools and was a Church of God faith.

Those left to cherish his memories are his mother, Geraldine Griffith; siblings, Loretta (James) Perry, Rhoda Hammers of Whitwell, Lynn Griffith of Chattanooga, Jerry Lee Griffith & Valerie Smith of Whitwell; three nephews, Lebron (Jessie) Perry, Mickey (Kayla) Perry, Colton Smith; three nieces, Danielle Hill, Emily (Calvin) Kilgore, Lydia Cato; two great nephews, Jakob Perry & Cooper Perry; great niece, Addison Perry.

Family will receive friends, 4-8 Wednesday, February 9, 2022.
                                             10AM-8PM, Thursday, February 10, 2022.

Funeral services will be at 1PM, Friday, February 11, 2022 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Jim Troyer officiating.  Interment at Whitwell Memorial Cemetery.
