James Lee Pugh

James Lee Pugh age 73 of South Pittsburg passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023. James served in the United States Army and retired from TVA Racoon Mountain. He was a member of the Shriner’s and Sweetens Cove Church of Christ. James was preceded in death by his father, Carlos L. Pugh; mother, Eula Mae Pugh; brother, John Adam Burgess.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Dorothy Pugh of South Pittsburg; son, James Anthony Pugh of Crossville, stepdaughters, Shellie Cash of Sequatchie and Deborah (Mike) Downie of Jasper; sister, Deborah Gail Burgess; grandchildren, Khaila Pugh, Kailey Cash, Kristina Downie and Kristopher Downie.
