John Alexander Anderson

John Alexander Anderson, age 82 of Whitwell, Tennessee, was born March 26, 1944, and passed away Sunday, April 5, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ellen Mae Anderson; son, Tony Reece; brothers, James Anderson and Jr. Bill Anderson; sister, Janie Anderson.

John was a faithful member of Whitwell Church of God. He will be remembered for his kindness, his steady presence, and the love he shared with those around him.

Those left to cherish his memories include his loving wife, Sheryl Anderson of Whitwell; son, Craig Anderson of Hixson; siblings, Clifford Anderson; sisters-in-law, Teresa Turner, Martha McDonald and Barbara Anderson; several nieces and nephews.

His family will receive friends 11AM-1PM, CST, Friday, April 10, 2026, at Whitwell Church of God.
