KATHLEEN (HIGGINS) FLOYD

Kathleen Higgins Floyd, age 81, of Whitwell, passed away, Monday, December 12, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.  She is preceded in death by son, Ricky Floyd; daughter, Colleen Floyd; parents, Herbert and Essie Womack Higgins; brother, Don Higgins.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 61 years, Pleas Thomas Floyd; children, Renee (Gary) Miller, Vince Floyd, Dennis (Amanda) Floyd ; grandchildren, Thomas Floyd, Rev. Kyle (Felicia) Floyd, Cody Floyd, Tyler (Brandy) Floyd, Cade (Delainey) Floyd, Chelsey (Blake) Floyd, Dakoda Mattox-Floyd, Heaven Miller, Haylen Miller, Railey Kate Miller and Samuel Miller ; great grandchildren, Finley Floyd, Wylder Muir, Bentley Floyd, and Jossie Floyd; neighbor loved as a son, Keith Caldwell; brother, Charles (Louise) Higgins; several nieces, nephew and a host of friends.

Family will receive friends 4-8PM, Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

Funeral Services will be 2PM, Thursday, December 15, 2022, in the funeral home chapel with Reverends Robert Johnson and Kyle Floyd officiating.  Interment in Griffith Creek Cemetery.
