Philip E. Brumley, Jr. age 59 of Whitwell, passed away Friday, September 8, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father, Philip Brumley, Sr.; mother, Shirley Mae Murphy.

Those left to treasure his memories are his wife, Priscilla Brumley of Whitwell; children, Sommer Wooden of Whitwell and Chasaty Johnson of Rainsville; stepfather, Ray Murphy; siblings, Emma Ruth Sprewell, Eddie Murphy and Michael Murphy; grandchildren, Mikeal Wooden, Amanda Wright, Maycie Wooden, Jace Wooden, Angela Wooden, Zachary Wooden, Julian Johnson and Ryan Johnson.

A Memorial Service will be announced later.
