Obituary
Phyllis “Ann” Layne, age 69, of Jasper passed away Monday, August 1, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry “Jughead” Layne; father, Raymond Eugene Higdon; sister, Rayma “Tiger” Anderson.
Those left to cherish her memories are her children, ShaRone Smith of Decherd, Mandy (Gary) Anderson of Whitwell, Samantha (Craig) McClain and Nick (Laura) Tuders both of Jasper; mother, Vivian Joyce Morrison Higdon; grandchildren, Meghan McCollum, Hunter & Seth McClain, Blaine & Bradley Anderson, Shayenne, Trent, & Trace Tuders; siblings, Debbie Pittman, and Darrell Higdon; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Family will receive friends 11AM-4PM, Thursday, August 4, 2022.
Funeral services will be 4PM, Thursday, August 4, 2022, in the funeral home chapel. Interment in the Condra Cemetery.
