Obituary
Roger Todd Brown, age 51, of Whitwell, passed away Friday, August 4, 2023. Todd was a 911 dispatcher for Marion County and Volunteer Fire Chief for Whitwell Fire Department. He was preceded in death by his father, Herman Ray Brown; aunts, Marie Jackson, and Faye White; uncle, David Jackson, Sr.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 19 years, Roxetta Lynn Smith Brown; mother, Peggy Jean Powell Brown; children, Brittany (Jeromey) Wright and Brandon (Brooke) O’Neal; grandchildren, Hunter and Madison Wright and Mason and Brynlee O’Neal; siblings, Wade Brown, and Crystal (Chris) Waller; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Family will receive friends, 2-8PM, Monday, August 7, 2023.
10-2PM, Tuesday, August 8, 2023
Funeral services will be 2PM, Tuesday, August 8, 2023, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Eddie Griffith officiating. Interment to follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery.
