Randall Everett Powell

Randall Everett Powell, born May 20, 1966, passed away Monday, January 12, 2026.

Randall was a skilled journeyman electrician and a proud member of IBEW Local 175. He was a faithful member of Valley View Baptist Church and lived his life guided by strong values of faith, family, and hard work. Randall was known for his dedication to his trade and the care he showed to those around him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Everett Powell; grandparents, Lewis & Allie Powell, J.B. & Lillian Thomas.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Angela Powell; children, Ashley (Justin) Tooley of Powells Crossroads and Colby (Sabrina) Ruth of Whitwell; his mother, Anna Faye Powell of Powells Crossroads; sister, Sharon (Mike) Krizanovic; grandchildren, Arabella Tooley, Easton Tooley, Sutton Tooley, Tayden Ruth, and Madison Ruth; and his father- and mother-in-law, David and Clara Webster; sisters-in-law, Jennifer Michele Scott and Shavon Gray.

Randall will be remembered for his steady presence, strong work ethic, quick wit, and the joy he brought to his family, especially the children who cherished his stories.

His family will receive friends 930AM-1230PM, CST, Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Valley View Baptist Church.

Funeral Service 1230PM, CST, Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Valley View Baptist Church with Brother Kenneth Conaway officiating. Interment to follow at Hudson Cemetery.
