Sandy E. King

Sandy E. King, born February 5, 1959, passed away on September 8, 2025. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose memory will forever live in the hearts of those who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ovie and Eugene King; her husband, Billy Joe King; brother, Stanley King; sister, Linda Sutherland; and her infant son, Joe Brandy.

Sandy is survived by her children, Felisha D. King, Josh (Laciey) King, and Kyra King; siblings, Viola King, Opal King, and Jenny (Eddie) Hatfield; grandchildren, Sebastian King, Dominick (Sheena) Shrum, Sierra (Ethan) King, Destinee Borne, Rave Borne, Alyssa McBee, Abel Tate, and Harper Hampton; as well as great-grandchildren, Kaislee King, Bella Shrum, Jayden Shrum, Raelynne McGee, and Braxton Borne.

Sandy will be remembered for her love of family, her strength through life’s challenges, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her legacy continues through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Her family will receive friends 11AM-2PM, CST, Friday, September 12, 2025.

Funeral Service 2PM, CST, Friday, September 12, 2025, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor John Ross Jones officiating. Interment to follow at Brown’s Chapel Cemetery in Palmer.
