Sharon Marie (Hudson) Petty

Sharon Marie Petty went to be with the Lord Friday, December 12th.  Sharon led a very full life and one to be proud of even with her humble heart.  Sharon grew-up the quintessential farm girl with a devout Christian upbringing. Having grown up on a farm in Chattanooga before her family bought a farm in Powells Crossroads and moved into that small community.  Sharon loved working on the farm and being with her animals.  She was known to be one of the most active women that anyone knew.  Other than her time spent on the farms, she somehow found the time to become an aerobics instructor, a member of the Tennessee Cattlemen's Association as well as being on the Farm Bureau Board.  She was very active in the lives of both her son's lives being known to never miss any event that involved her boys, no matter how small.  The Lord made very few women like Sharon Petty and if you were blessed to have known her, you would agree.  Sharon was preceded in her passing by her Mother, Myrtle Lewis, by her Father, Ben Hudson, by her Brother, Teamie Hudson, by her Sister, Connie Robinson, by her Husband, Patrick Petty, and by her oldest Son Bryan Petty.  She is survived by her youngest Son, Ben Petty, and by her Grandchildren Hudson Petty, Kingston Petty and Scarlett Petty.

Family will receive friends 4PM-8PM, CDT, Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
