Stella Faye (Kilgore) Stegall

Stella Faye Kilgore Stegall, born on September 19, 1940, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2025, at the age of 84.

Stella was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Stegall; her mother, Charlottie Gillam Kilgore; her father, Alton Eugene Kilgore; her brother, Alfred Kilgore; her niece, Donna McCurry; and her nephew, Tim Kilgore.

She is survived by her children, Cindy Manis, Jeffery Stegall and Angelia Edgeman; grandchildren, Keri Peardon and Adam Edgeman; great-grandchild, Barrett Edgeman; her sister, Ann McCurry; niece, Diane Kilgore Newson.

Stella was a woman of strong faith and attended Whitwell Church of God. She will be remembered for her kind heart, enduring strength, and the deep love she had for her family. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched and the generations she helped nurture.
