Steven Darrell Miller

Steven Darrell Miller, 70, of Whitwell Tennessee, ascended to his Heavenly home on April 29th, 2025. Darrell (Monk) was a member of Sulphur Springs Methodist Church and had a career as a paint technician in the automotive industry for 4 decades before retiring. In retirement, Darrell worked at Whitwell High School as a member of the janitorial staff. Darrell is preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Susan Davis Miller, and his parents, Henry Miller and Margaret Holloway Miller. Those left to cherish his memories are his  children, Stephanie (Alan) Worley of Whitwell, TN, Josh (Sonia) Miller of Denver, CO, siblings, Gordon (Linda) Miller of Whitwell, TN, LoDeema (Charles) Gentry of Hixson, TN, grandchildren, Allie, Moritz, Aaron, Anna, and Sofia, and great-grandchildren, Emmarie and Theo. Darrell also leaves behind a  multitude of cousins almost as close as siblings, nieces and nephews, life-long friends and coworkers, and a loving church family.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date, held at Sulphur Springs Global Methodist Church.
