TERESA MURPHY Obituary

Teresa Poe Murphy age 60 of Chattanooga passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur & Imogene Poe; brother, Dennis Poe. Mrs. Murphy was of Church of God faith.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Larry Murphy; daughter, Ashley Poe (Abraham) Sanchez; grandson, Elijah Sanchez; siblings, Wanda Birdwell of Powell’s Crossroads, Bill Poe of Whitwell, Sybol (Don) Griffith of Whitwell; Delores (James) Boatwright of Flintstone, GA, Dorothy Poe of Powell’s Crossroads; several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends 4-8PM, Wednesday, October13, 2021.

Funeral services will be at 2PM, Thursday, October 14, 2021 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Michael Shrum officiating. Interment at Mt. Olive Cemetery
