VICKIE JO (GILLIAM) MCKINNEY

Vickie Jo McKinney age 59 of Whitwell passed away Friday,  September 3, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her parents, James Walter (JW) & Betty Joann Gilliam; sister, Kathy Gilliam; grandparents, Oscar & Bessie Gilliam, Mitchell & Josephine Wallace.  Vickie worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Jessie (Jay) McKinney, II; three children, Mary Ann (Mike) McKay, Roger Todd Smith, Valerie Rose Ann (Lee Griffith) Smith; grandchildren, Cameron Moore, Anthony Smith, Matthew Smith, James Roger Smith, Colton Smith, Hailey Shirley, Alyssa Smith; great grandson, Elijah Moore; host of friends.

Family will receive friends 4-8PM, Friday, September 10, 2021; and 10-12noon Saturday, September 11, 2021, with the funeral service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 12noon.  Interment at Whitwell Memorial Cemetery.
