VIRGINIA MCHONE Obituary

Virginia “Jenny” McHone age 91 born June 6, 1930 went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 16, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Harls (Junior); her father and mother, Ernest and Gertrude Kilgore; her sisters, Joyce Layne and Lela Layne and two baby brothers; great grandson, Logan Michael Carter and great granddaughter, Mary Lynn McHone.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Connie (Dennie) Shadrick of Temple, TX, Allen (Betty) McHone of Morristown, TN, Jannie (Jerry) Morrison, Kay (GW) Perkins, Norma (Bob) Towe all of Whitwell, TN and Rita (Jeff) Condra of Dunlap, TN and a special niece raised as a daughter, Donna Perkins of Whitwell; fourteen grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.

With current day Covid concerns services will be private with family only. Rev. Jerry Merciers will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.
